STAGE-M invites Big Rapids and surrounding communities to come and enjoy an outdoor Broadway-themed musical showcase!
"Broadway in the Park" features a variety of songs both classic and contemporary, ranging from from "Paint Your Wagon" to "Hamilton". Hear beloved tunes from "The Sound of Music", "South Pacific", and "My Fair Lady"...contemporary favorites from "Wicked", "Shrek", "Mama Mia", and "Beauty and the Beast"...and showstoppers from "Funny Girl", "Cabaret", and "Chicago".
Performances will be held outside, FREE OF CHARGE, at Big Rapids Bandshell adjacent to Hemlock Park (park behind the Big Rapids Middle School). Audience members should bring outdoor chairs or blankets to sit on the grass.
Show dates are Friday, June 4 at 7pm; Saturday, June 5 at 7pm; and Sunday, June 6 at 4pm. Performances are weather dependent. There is no indoor rain location. Follow our Facebook page for the latest updates regarding show status, or check www.stage-m.org.
